About this property
Two side-by-side apartments
This listing is for two separate, side by side apartments, in the same building. Perfect for two couples who are traveling together, or co-workers who want some privacy.
Each has their own entrance, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. No sharing of any spaces.
One is decorated in the modern 60s style of the Mad Men tv show.
The other, called Scout, is decorated to look like the interior of a log cabin, with rustic elements.
Both have their own full kitchens with all dishes and cooking utensils.
These apartments are in a building of eight total apartments. These two are directly next to each other, at the top of a set of stairs.
Each has their own front door, and share no spaces at all.
Walking in to Mad Men brings 60s style to a modern, full kitchen. There is a dining space for two, a queen sized memory foam bed, a bar with a decanter of bourbon to unwind with, and a record player to groove to Bing Crosby on. A closet and bathroom with standup shower complete the space.
Scout, next door, brings a rustic vibe to its log cabin feel. The bedroom features a queen sized memory foam bed, a hunting lodge-style couch, and an electric fireplace for ambiance.
The full kitchen and dining space for two has a tabletop s’mores maker.
There are plenty of dishes and linens in each apartment for your needs, a starter set of coffee and tea, as well as some small meal and snack items in the cupboard.
Inquire about monthly stays!
Located one mile to Salem Health, Willamette University, and the State Capital. Two miles to downtown.
All genders, orientations, religions, ethnicities, and races are welcome here
You’ll be given a personal code to the front door, and other codes to each apartment.
It is unlikely that you will see us throughout your stay, though our housekeeping and maintenance teams are available as needed.
We respond to messages within 1 hour.
This is an “up and coming neighborhood” in a capital city. There are some buildings around us that are less beautiful than ours.
Some of our favorite breakfast spots are within walking distance! Ask for more recommendations! One mile to all the fun that downtown has to offer.
In accordance with our agreement with the management company, upon booking we will also ask you for your ID, your email address, and to sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement.
Please do not have mail or packages sent to this address. You may set up a PO Box at the Post Office or the UPS Store instead.
The TV is a ROKU, which means you can stream Netflix, HBOMax, Hulu, etc, using your OWN accounts.
This is a safe area of town, but it is in a capital city. That means that you may hear normal city noises, like homeless people, traffic, garbage trucks, a train, or aircraft. We do provide earplugs for this reason.
This is a building of ten apartments. There are five (unassigned) parking spots in the back of the apartment. You’re welcome to park there, if there’s room.
There is an app-operated laundry setup in the basement.
