Cheerful 4 Bedroom home close to the waters edge.
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Walking distance to Superior Bay and Central Park. Enjoy the off street parking included with the house. A large kitchen and dining room to host your group. 4 bedroom 3 bath with 5 very comfortable beds so everyone can enjoy a good nights rest. There are 3 Queen size beds and 2 Full size beds at the house. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second floor.

Born and Raised in Duluth Minnesota. I am a charter boat captain on Lake Superior. I take people out fishing and sight seeing on a very nice boat.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is great! Very quiet and peaceful. Also very close to the water.
What makes this property unique
We chose this house with the intent at larger groups of people traveling the area. I run a charter fishing company out of Duluth and often have large groups stay at the house.
