You will be amazed and feel at home in our beautiful Log House on the Breck Ski Resort Mountain of Peak 7. Sitting on 1.75 Acres of Pine and Aspen treed land, and backing up to national forest land, you have an amazing unobstructed view of the Rockies. With a large Hot Tub sitting on the large 2nd Level Deck with BBQ Grill, you can soak and relax after an adventurous day. Fully stocked updated kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and 4 King Size Bedrooms plus a kids Bunk Room with two twin size bunk beds (4 total twin beds), and a full size pull out sleeper sofa. Two separate living areas with large flatscreen TVs (game room/kids living area on first floor with ping pong table, and a great room on 2nd floor) . The Main Living Area, "Great Room", has plenty of seating and is completely open to the kitchen, dining room, and 20+ft Floor to Ceiling Windows overlooking the Mountains! Amazing Views! You will never want to leave! Beautiful Log Home with ample snow plowed parking (4X4 or AWD recommended in the winter anywhere in the mountains). You can park just down the hill at the satellite parking and take the free shuttle into town, or park anywhere in town and ride the gondola up the mountain for free, walk around town, go skiing, eat, shop, etc... Go Snowshoeing or Hiking directly from the House! An old gold miners trail runs through the property. You are a quick 2 mile drive from the Base at Peak 7, and 8. If you aren't parking, someone can drop you off there, completely avoiding any congested roads -this is a huge plus if you are familiar with the town. It is an easy 4 mile drive to the center of Main St in Breckenridge, where you can park and walk around town, eat at great restaurants, go shopping, get a massage etc.. You will not be disappointed! Comfortably sleeps 10-14 people (depending on sleeping situations- 8 adults max). Hot tub professionally cleaned and maintained. Linens commercially cleaned. Fully stocked kitchen. Ping pong table, corn hole, and other games. Many wild animals and birds year round, but especially in the summer.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was easy to get to the ski lifts and we had plenty of room for our group of 13. There were some minor things that could have improved our stay but the good overshadowed that.

House is beautiful as is the view however shades wouldn’t work midlevel bedroom. Nor did the TV (except for 1 channel). Shower door upstairs wouldn’t close. Trim is separating throughout the home. A smoke alarm was absent upstairs. Another was chirping (owner made aware but didn’t respond). Vacuum cleaner broken. Driveway not plowed despite a 4pm checkin (my car was stuck. No owener assistance). Needs new pots/pans.

Spacious Log Cabin Near All Things Breck
We hosted our annual family ski trip here and had plenty of room for all the adults and kids spread out over the 3 floors of this spacious and gorgeous log cabin. There were plenty of sleeping areas and sitting areas to hang out. The private hot tub on the deck was perfect for aching muscles after skiing and was hot and well-kept. The cabin is very close to the Breck Main Street and ski resort without having the hustle and bustle. The mountain views from the deck and living room were incredible. The check in and check out was easy and the hosts responsive. We had no issues during our stay and wished we could have stayed longer! Awesome location, awesome cabin, awesome views, awesome amenities!

Location was great for our purposes. Check-in was easy. Cleanliness was not great. Dog hair on the floors and the vacuum provided in the unit did not work well. Trash was found on the deck and around the property. The dishwasher did not work well. We would have expected better for the high cleaning fees charged in these rentals.The blowup mattress is unusable, as it has a leak.

3-generations converged in Breckenridge to sample various snow adventures: skiing, snowboarding, dog sledding, UTVs, snowmobiling and tubing in just three days! House was perfect for our group of ten and the views from this property are awesome! We require a 5 bedroom rental for our family adventures, and this home did not disappoint. Well equipped kitchen, even had a crock pot to prepare a traditional Pennsylvania New Year's dinner. Happy New Year!

Wonderful property with great views. Property is well appointed with everything you would need for a great stay. Loved the hot tub on the balcony after a busy day. We saw birds, bunnies and a fox from the balcony of the house, down the road we saw moose almost daily. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family Location
We had a wonderful stay with family! The cabin was in a great location with amazing views. The owner is extremely responsive and accomodating. Any questions we had were immediately answered. He even made sure the cabin was decorated for Christmas prior to our arrival. The cabin is well appointed but could use a deep cleaning and a little TLC. The handle on the freezer is not attached and the kitchen sink faucet was also loose, but my husband tightened it with a allen wrench. The cornhole boards were also damaged and unusable. I'm pretty sure the previous guest either had long blonde hair or brought a golden retriever with them. We kept finding long blonde hair throughout the cabin, especially if you sat on the living room couch; it ended up all over you. In spite of the long blonde hair situation, our stay was pleasant. I'm confident the owner will make sure the cabin gets a deep cleaning right away. He clearly cares about the comfort of his guests.

Wonderful property great location
Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Breckenridge. We are are family of 11. 6 adults and 5 grandsons under 6 years old. The house was well equipped with kitchen supplies, toys, and 5 bedrooms so we could spread out The older boys love the ping pong table,, legos and The hot tub was amazing for all of us. We went on lots of walks . We found a great park within a 4 min drive down the mountain. Breckenridge is always a fun town to explore. It was my husbands birthday and restaurants are hard with this gang so we hired a chef.to have a special dinner. Chef Matt Ryan. He was amazing! Food was incredible and he left the kitchen better than when he arrived. We would highly recommend this VRBO and Chef Matt!

Weekend of memories
Our group of friends has been staying together over Labor Day for almost 30 years. Our stay at the log home was wonderful and one of our favorites! The property was beautiful, plenty of room for everyone and the views were insane. Highly recommend this property!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Plenty of room for everyone. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of Colorado adventures. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The views were beautiful. We will certainly come back.

The view from the back patio and hot tub is unbeatable! A lot of space in the living area, dining room and kitchen. Lots of kitchenware and utensils. Very roomy for 11 people. Communication with owner is great, only had to touch base once and was quick response. The house could use a deep clean, but overall a great stay.

Two month winter stay
The house itself was very accurate as to the description and met the expectations for size, space, location, etc.. No surprises there. The only issue we really had was the condition of the property on arrival, which was handled directly and cordially with the owner to resolve. The owner was/is a very good communicator, very prompt and addressed issues as they arose.

Beautiful house and setting. We had everything we needed for cooking and hanging out. All the beds were very comfortable, and the living spaces were perfect for us. One day we saw 3 moose in the yard. Great spaces for the dogs. The home was really clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Great House but needs a bit of work
Beautiful location and home, but needs some TLC on some things. Master bed mattress needs replacing, trash compactor will not open, dishwasher loose from under the counter, grill outside handle broken and inside very dirty. Needs fixing / replacing. Need some empty cabinets for guests in kitchen, more cleaning supplies, dishcloths and washcloths. Porch dirty and outdoor chairs should be sanded and stained as they are splintery and quite uncomfortable, or replaced. I conveyed all this to the owner, who has said he would address all with the property manager and cleaning crew. Very open to fix these things. Overall a nice home with all the king beds and yard ( needs a bit of attention too ) for the dogs. For the price, I would expect all of these to be working and comfortable. We would go back if they were.

Was a wonderful place to enjoy a family vacation. Plenty of space! One son and family took the top floor, we took the main floor and our other son and family had the lower floor. Lots of privacy. Loved the hot tub! We would stay here again in a heart beat! Communication with owner with a couple questions was easy! Just a caution about steps. There are lots of them, so you do need to be able to do steps to enjoy this home!

Perfect home away from home
No advertisements, photos or words can describe how wonderful this VRBO is. The house itself is absolutely charming and perfectly appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, the most comfortable beds, fabulous hot tub and the view can't be matched, it's simply spectacular. I didn't want to leave. Our family has rented this house for a month the past three years, and we look forward to returning in the future! It's a very lucky person who gets to vacation in this home.

Beautiful location for Breckenridge! Host was very responsive when contacted. Lots of hot water and water pressure. Ample supplies of toilet paper and tissues. Lots of extras so no need to buy everything. Enjoyed the stay very much.

We are a family of 4 (2 kids) + dogs, and we love to visit Breck every chance we get. We are in love with the Summers in Breck, but never miss a few weeks of the ski season as well. There is literally something for everyone here. What an amazing town.

Why they chose this property

Great, new, wide open floor plan, high quality solid log construction home near town and the resort, yet feels very secluded in the mountains. It is also a large home-site on over 1.75 acres, and is great for kids and adults alike. The amazing Views!!
