This two bedroom, two bath villa with private patio overlooks a garden which is home to numerous birds and butterflies. It is the largest two bedroom villa in the area at 200 sq meters. This complex is a quiet retreat in the most popular residential area of Pattaya. The apartment is stocked with tableware, cutlery, bed linens, pillows and towels. Sleep well on our five star hotel quality beds. Master bedroom has en suite bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower. The two bedrooms comfortably sleep 4 people.

We can provide extra bedding for one child under 12 yrs sleeping on couch.
WIFI is available throughout the complex.

Kitchen is equipped with large refrigerator/freezer, 5 burner stove, microwave and washing machine. Our garage is secured with electric gate and has free parking space for cars and motor bikes by reservation. There is a full time housekeeping staff available if you desire their services. Linens are changed every seven days. Charge for electric: 1-5 day rentals receive 40 KW/per day free. Usage over 40 KW is billed at 6 thb/kw over 40. Stays over 5 days will be billed according to the unit electric meter at the rate of 6 thb/kw

Private car transport to the airport, Bangkok or city sights can be reserved for a fee.

A 3000 thb cash security deposit is required at check in and refunded at check out after inspection for damages.
