“Manatee Suites” offers a five-level design, perfect for couples or groups. All 3 private suites offer a king-sized bed, living room, and private laundry room. Suites 1 and 2 have well-equipped kitchenettes, and Suite 3 has a full kitchen. Level one is the Sea-Level Lounge on the water. This common area features games, a TV, a weight set, and a bar. Love the Funky Fish House~ Beautiful Waterfront Views!!

Absolutely beautiful lodging! We loved our stay at the Funky Fish House~ Manatee Room! Everything looks new and a beautiful water view greets you as soon as you walk in! Tastefully decorated and super comfortable! Kitchenette is well stocked- thanks for the extras! Bed is a King and extremely comfortable! We enjoyed our time on the deck- drinking our coffee and watching the boats go by. There is a marina onsite along with a couple of restaurants- easy to walk to. Owners are great communicators and will help with any questions. Fun spot for a get-away!! Thanks for offering this beautiful lodging!

My wife Rhonda has lived in SWFL for over 35 years, and I have been here for 43 years, and we couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. 6 years ago, we moved into the Hi-Rise Condominiums at Cape Harbour Marina and have watched the Fish Houses being built. As real estate agents, we have participated in many sales and purchases of them for our clients, and in May of 2024, we were lucky enough to have the opportunity to purchase one (there are only 18 of them). We have really enjoyed decorating it and getting it ready for guests as well as staying here ourselves a few weekends, and we hope you enjoy staying here as much as we did. Living here in the
community gives us the opportunity to quickly take care of any issues or needs you may have, so please know that you can call or text either of us at any time.

We live in the neighborhood and love it. The community has lots of amenities like pools, clubhouse, tennis courts and gym. There is also several restaurants, shops and a coffee shop on the property.
