Great location

Great property, very clean and comfortable. Host was super helpful and nice. Ideal location for visiting Jerome, Sedona, Prescott and Verde Canyon train ride.

Great location & space for dogs

This property was as described. We loved the backyard for the dogs & gameroom was fun. Excellent location to get to hikes, Old Town Cottonwood and 20 min drive to West Sedona.

Great spot with large yard!

Cozy

The home was comfortable and in a cozy neighborhood. Back yard is fenced in with play room in garage, great for kids. The front porch has steps without rails so I wouldn’t recommend to anyone with mobility issues. Property manager is very nice.

Great quiet neighborhood w/ perfect house set up

Came with my family and stayed for 5 days and nights. Outstanding experience with host and just truly loved the house. Clean, perfect size with updated appliances. Backyard was perfect size with picnic table that we used for meals at times. Overall family and I just really enjoyed the house. Simple, clean and practical.

Overall Fine

The house itself is perfectly fine and was as advertised. A few suggestions: - Get better WiFi - it's weak with the satelite and having no "cable" is no big deal since most folks have apps, but with weak WiFi/Internet, loading YouTubeTV was very slow. - Add another couple cooking pans - there were only 2 small fry pans and with 4 people, cooking took time. - A firepit in the back yard would be a nice touch, but I understand it may be a liability issue. Otherwise, location was fine, close to everything and we enjoyed the stay. It's always nice when someone opens their house to you.
