Germantown 2BR/2BA
While the property itself may be bit out-of-date, the apartment itself is clean, neat and has a renovated kitchen and a great fenced patio area. Neighbors are quiet and the location is safe and ideal for a commute to Memphis,a trip to the outlets or shopping in boutiques in Germantown. I needed the two bedrooms and two bathrooms for my family and the floor plan works beautifully. Jim (owner) and Susan (property manager) were professional and genuinely interested in making my stay comfortable. My few requests were met quickly with no issue. Jim has several properties in this complex and is invested in making each of them workable for his tenants. If working in Memphis and you need a long-term rental, consider this property a bargain on many levels

Clean, comfortable & affordable
From beginning to end, our experience with booking this property and our stay couldn't have been better. They provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The property was just as described and was a better alternative than a hotel for 2 of our employees who are working out of state for a month at a time. The cost for the entire stay was about the same as we would have paid if they had stayed in a hotel. Our employees felt it was very comfortable and clean, with more space than a hotel room provides. This is the 2nd time we've booked with them and will continue to do so in the future when the need arises.

Property owner and management both seemed to care about the property. Our stay included a roof leak and the issue was promptly and professionally resolved. Any questions we had were quickly answered.
The floor plan is open and comfortable for a family. The rooms are large, especially the master suite.
We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to others looking for a furnished apartment due to a move, a traveling occupation, or a renovation/home issue that you need to leave for a month or a few months.

Wonderful Experience!! 5++++ STARS
I am a travel nurse and stayed at Jim's condo for 13 weeks, from September to December 2016. The condo was as described, clean, well-maintained, great location, and had all the amenities I needed plus more! If I noticed I wanted something that wasn't provided, Jim told me to ask and he'd get it to me (I requested a toaster and soon after--voila! he delivered a toaster!) I felt very safe in the area. It was a short 5 minute commute to St. Francis Hospital. Jim was quick to address any question, request, or concern. He was very knowledgeable of the area and provided great recommendations--he even lives close by and had a maintenance man easily accessible. Jim went above and beyond! Since I am a travel nurse, I worked Thanksgiving, Jim was kind enough to invite me to spend time with his family so I wouldn't be alone for the holiday--a gesture I truly appreciated! I highly recommend this property or any of Jim's properties! 5+++ STARS!

Great Location
Everything was as expected, Jim met us promptly at the property and showed it to us, there were a few thing missing but Jim has been very prompt and easy to get a hold of if needed. The property was as described it is very clean and is in a very convenient location. the area seems safe as well!

Clean and roomy
The condominium property is older, many long term residents who are quiet and friendly. The condo itself is just refurbished! Everything was clean and neat. The kitchen layout is roomy with new appliances. All rooms are spacy. We had family in while there and had plenty of room for everyone! There were some hitches due to the owner just finishing the place (the dishwasher had not been hooked up properly, so he had to get someone in to do that our second day). However, he lives nearby and was willing to do anything we needed.
The place is right across the street from Kroger with many other places for dining, shopping, and recreation nearby! This is an ideal location if you want to be near, but not in Memphis!

I purchased this property because it is located in Germantown, TN, a suburb of Memphis. I often say that the biggest complement I can pay to Germantown is that it is where my family resides and my children attend their public schools.
What makes this property unique
I originally purchased this property intending to do standard, unfurnished, 12 month leases. There is strong demand, for rentals, in Germantown because of the schools but very limited demand. I soon found out that a market existed for long-term furnished rental.
