horrible communication from property manager
The property itself was excellent, in a great location, with convenient access to Mt. Tremblant ski resort via free shuttle. The property manager, however, was not communicative and hard to deal with. There was a problem with the initial reservation process, because my credit card initially flagged the purchase as fraudulent (large amount, out of the country?). I contacted my credit card company and resolved the issue on my end, but, in spite of multiple requests over 2 weeks, I couldn't get the property manager to confirm that the booking went through until the day before check in. I didn't get an access code for the door to the property until literally 30 minutes before I arrived, which was already an hour after the scheduled check-in time. At the property, my daughter tripped one of the circuit breakers while using the hair-dryer in the bathroom. Because of this, NONE OF THE LIGHTS OR OUTLETS IN EITHER BATHROOM WOULD WORK. I tried resetting the breaker, but it would trip again immediately. I contacted the property manager, whose response was "I will let the team know and get back to you." So my family and I SPENT THE REST OF OUR STAY USING THE BATHROOM AND SHOWERING IN THE COMPLETE DARK. The very next message I received from the property manager was an automated "Thanks for being such a good guest ... feel free to contact us again ... reminding you that check-out is at 11." Not the type of service you expect from a "luxury condo" at this price point.
