Simplesmente maravilhoso

Sem palavras para descrever a delícia que é o apt. Tudo como na descrição e um pouco mais. Limpo, arejado, com todos os utensílios necessários e bem conservados, sem deixar nada a desejar. Quanto ao seu Maurício ( o proprietário) gentileza em pessoa. Atencioso desde o nosso primeiro contato. Sem falar do Lourival ( zelador) com sua presteza. Virei cliente, recomendo de olhos fechados.

A minha família adorou a estadia no apartamento do Sr. Maurício. Local limpo, arejado, confortável e com uma excelente localização. O apartamento corresponde ao anúncio. Excelente apartamento a poucos metros da praia, próximo de mercados e restaurantes. O apartamento dispõe de uma infraestrutura ótima, com todos os meios adequados ao locatário desfrutar sua estadia na Praia Grande. O apartamento realmente é super aconchegante, ambiente limpo,organizado tanto o apartamento como o prédio, pessoas educadas o zelador nota 10. A gente se sente em casa,o proprietário uma pessoa muito bacana e honesta. Passei 09 dias de férias inesquecíveis eu e meu esposo. Super índico o apartamento, quem locar nunca irá se arrepender. Apartamento Impecável

Ficamos nesse apartamento com nossa família no feriado da pascoa, e foi simplesmente maravilhosa nossa estadia . Imóvel muito limpo , tudo novinho super completo com todos os utensílios de cozinha, ar condicionado o que foi muito bom. O prédio super tranquilo o zelador muito atencioso em tudo. Mercado, farmácias, feirinhas tudo perto e o principal a praia a poucos metros do apartamento. Quero agradecer ao Sr. Mauricio o dono do apartamento que foi super atencioso, fechamos tudo por meio de whatssap e contrato por e-mail. Graças a Deus deu tudo certo. Certamente voltaremos em brave .
