Impressive views of the Monterey Bay and Lovers Point can be found from this 1000 sf second-story condominium in Pacific Grove, just steps away from the beach and within minutes of historic sites along the coastal recreation trail.

The updated coastal-themed residence is right across the street from Lovers Point Park and the Beach House Restaurant, and is also just a few minutes’ walk to downtown Pacific Grove’s bistros, shops and movie theater. It’s also a 10-minute walk to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row, or going the other way, to gorgeous Asilomar and the Point Pinos lighthouse. It’s also a 10-minute drive to the charming village of Carmel-by-the-Sea or to fine dining and golf in Pebble Beach®, or about 45 minutes to Big Sur.

The two-story condo is perfect for a small family or two couples looking for a beach getaway in a sophisticated setting. The recently remodeled space features designer touches such as accents made from coral and seashells, with a hardwood entryway and plush carpet in the living room and bedrooms. The décor’s blue, sand and driftwood tones complement the ocean view that can be seen from the living room and downstairs from the primary bedroom.

The upper floor contains the living room, dining room, kitchen and half-bath, all embellished with original artwork that reflects the ocean theme. The living room features comfortable upholstered seating surrounding an electric fireplace and a 50-inch HDTV with Blu-ray DVD player, providing a perfect spot for conversation or hanging out. Sliding glass doors allow entry to a balcony, just the spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset, or to watch whales or kayakers in the bay. At night, guests will be mesmerized by the sounds of the sea and the city lights.

The dining area seats four around a glass-topped table, and is conveniently located next to the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, which features a deep sink and updated appliances in brushed stainless steel that includes a gas range. Well-equipped for extended stays!

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Downstairs, guests will find both bedrooms. Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a beautifully carved wooden sleigh bed with a queen mattress. Blinds allow a look at the view but can also be closed for privacy, and a large mirrored closet offers plenty of room to stow gear.

The second bedroom contains two twin beds that can be converted to a split king with foam topper as needed. The closet contains a stacked washer and dryer. This bedroom has an HDTV as well.

The bedrooms share a full bathroom on this lower level that features dual sinks, granite countertops, tiled tub/shower combo and tile floors, as well as ample storage space for toiletries. Upstairs there is a half bathroom.

Space for parking one vehicle is available in the complex’s covered carport, and parking for one car is available on the street. Guests will also have access to the complex’s deck at the rear of the building. Due to HOA policies, there are no grills or pets allowed.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are often possible.
