Downstairs consists of a large living area, separate kitchen/dining wing, one queen bedroom harbourside, a twin bedroom courtyard side with shared full bath, and a powder room. Upstairs houses a large queen ensuite guest room with quaint reading nook complete with harbour views, and the master suite. This beautifully appointed room has a spacious ensuite bathroom with claw footed tub and separate large shower. It is blessed with a harbour facing writing space and two upper decks, one above the back courtyard and a larger one facing the harbour. I've been in the hospitality profession for over 17 years and in the real estate profession for 5 years and a realtor for 3 years. I love my profession and being able to make amazing experiences and incredible memories for my clients and guest that i come in contact with.
Why they chose this property
Harbour Island is all it's splendor highlight is most certainly it's beautiful pink sands beach. Just a 5 minute golf cart ride from Grapevine, you can rent beach chairs from any of the beach vendors at the public entrances, and lounge on your chair, read a book while the kids play and soak up some sun.
What makes this property unique
What make Grapevine special is the sunset view of the harbor. Another great aspect is that it is centrally located in town in close proximity to food stores and restaurants.
