4BR Resort Townhouse, 20 Min Drive to Disney Magic

Spacious end of row townhouse with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen. Located on Regal Palms Resort and Spa, amenities include a day spa, fitness gym, volleyball court, water slide, lazy river and a zero entry pool. The little ones can also enjoy the use of the outdoor playground and indoor arcade. Enjoy food and beverage at the on site restaurant with indoor and patio seating, sip cocktails at the Tikki bar or enjoy the BBQ areas throughout the resort.
You have your own parking space and the local grocery store and restaurants are only a few minutes drive.
Other things to note:
Regal Palms Resort charges a mandatory resort fee of $20 per group per day, it is not per person.
Upon arrival, check in at front desk on the right side of the lobby. There you will be given a wristband that allows you to use the amenities as well as a parking pass.

Excellent Value!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. This was a great value for what you get! The property is a little run down, lots of scuffs and wear but clean and comfortable. The kitchen pots and pans were very worn - all the teflon coated frying pans were heavily scratched. The management answered any questions right away. Unfortunately checking into the property took an hour and a half because Regal Palms front desk did not have my reservation on file. Property management did not forward my reservation. That was the only issue we had with this stay.
