Enjoy our fully equipped 3BR/3bath town home in beautiful Windsor Palms less than 3 miles from Disney World.

The main floor features an open concept kitchen leading into the great room. Enjoy a quick snack or breakfast at the breakfast counter or prepare dinner in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy your meal in the dining area. After dinner, watch a movie or play a video game on the 50' flat screen TV in the great room.

After a long day at the parks jump right into your own heated splash pool!

Also on the main floor is the first guest room with queen bed, TV/DVD and attached bath with walk-in shower.

The second floor features a master suite with king size bed, TV/DVD and full bath with soaker tub. Also on the second floor is a Mickey themed twin room with TV/DVD/Wii console and yet another full bath.

Just a short stroll away you will find all the amenities of a 5 star resort. Enjoy the Olympic sized pool, 50 seat theatre, WII game room, pool table and arcade games. For more active fun head over to the playground, basketball and tennis courts or work out at the gym. Cold drinks, snacks and convenience items are all available at the sundry shop which is also headquarters for bike rentals and transportation to parks.

Great for families!

We were 5 adults- 2 college aged kids, 2 adults, and my mom who is almost 70. The condo had enough space for everyone to have their own private time. Each room had a bathroom which was good for times we were all trying to get ready at the same time. Location was good- easy to get around. We used the big property pool once but the teens liked the small private pool better. Kitchen was well stocked- lots of helpful items.

Loved it!!

John the host and the entire staff with global vacations were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The condo was well kept, quiet and in a nice neighborhood. Super convenient location, nice little arcade. You can get equipment for the volleyball and basketball courts as well which was nice. I don't see why you'd bother staying at Disney for triple the price.

Winter sun Orlando fun.

This property is in a great gated community. It has great rules to keep the area clean, tidy, accessible, safe and fun.The house itself had plenty of room for all of us. My older parents stayed on the ground floor with their own bathroom. Kids and us upstairs with separate bathrooms and access to laundry .The pool (we had heated) was enough for our kids and we loved it.

Fantastic stay in good proximity to Disneyworld

We had a really enjoyable stay. The property was clean and well presented with lots of amenities. The children enjoyed the pool very much after a long day at Disneyworld. Parking was easy and the grounds were well maintained.

Wonderful Property

Super clean and amazing property. Location is wonderful and easy access to theme parks. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want all the fun at the parks, but want to chill in your own space when you leave.

We stayed at John’s house in Windsor Palms during 5 weeks and everything was perfect. We loved our stay. The house was super clean and the kitchen was well equipped. John responded quuckly to all our questions. Highly recommended!

Clean, Perfectly Located Townhouse

We were very happy with the townhouse. It was in a great location to all parks. Clean and had everything we needed for our family vacation. We did not use the pool but it appeared well taken care of. Would definitely book again.

Nice place, good location. Just as described. The only thing I would personally change is allowing the a/c to go below 72. But it stayed cool & everything worked - nice furniture, good size tvs in every room, nice neighborhood.

So relaxing! Very quiet neighborhood.

We loved staying here and would 100% return again. Beautiful, well- kept neighborhood and clubhouse. The house was immaculate. It had everything we needed. All the beds were comfortable. The bedrooms are good sized with large closets and storage available. The water pressure in the shower was great!

Perfect getaway spot

Overall such a wonderful experience! Loved having the mini pool. Only issue was the trash didn’t get picked up the first 2 days and someone else put their trash in our bin but after calling the front, they had it picked up within a few hours! For sure will stay here again in the future if we’re in the area

Just like home

We have been to Disney many times, but have never stayed off property until this year. We spent 10 fantastic days here in this place that felt just like home! I knew we would be doing a lot of cooking since we were there so long and over Christmas. I was worried about what kitchen items would be there: let me tell you, they have it all. Great communication and so convenient to the parks. We will definitely be planning more trips here. You can not go wrong with this place.

Great location

The location can't be beat when staying off site. We could get to the parks in about 15 mins each day. Grandparents enjoyed the heated splash pool in the backyard as they didn't join us at Disney. John was very easy to get into contact with before and during our stay. He even provided a discounted rate for the heat in the splash pool compared to what Global was going to charge us. Will definitely stay again if we head to Orlando again! And will recommend to friends!

Perfect!

First let me start by saying the host, John, was amazing at responding quickly anytime I had a question months before our booked arrival date. The house was clean and spacious! It was very inviting and comfortable and in a gated community. Ideally located only 15 minutes from all Disney parks and shopping! There is Walmart and fast food and many other restaurant options less than 5 miles from the home. We were visiting for my oldest daughters 18th birthday and it was absolutely perfect! Definitely recommend! We will definitely try to book this house again in the future! It was an all around great experience!

Property was fine, communication lacking

Overall stay was fine. However, we were unable to connect with someone to warm up the pool. This was disappointing for the kids. You should take a look at the tub drain in the master bedroom, it is slow.

5 Stars for Location and Price

This was a great place to stay, and we would stay again. So close to parks and house had all we needed. We didn't use the pool, but it would have been fun. High chair was helpful. Laundry was decent. We had a couple issues with a clogged drain upon arrival and a few bugs in the kitchen and master sink areas, but the manager responded quickly and both problems resolved. Really great communication. It isn't the best decorated, but it just fine, and I would prefer to save money on that for a parks vacation when I just want a place to rest and quickly recover from full park days. If you didn't charge much extra, we'd only recommend upgrading to no carpet, but really wouldn't want extra cost and would rather rough it! Cute kids' Disney room decor--ours were pleased. Thanks for offering a great location!
