It is 10 minutes from the famous Fort Riley Army Post (home of the Big Red One), 15 minutes from Milford Lake (the largest man-made lake in Kansas), and 20 minutes from Manhattan (The Little Apple) & the Kansas State University (Wildcats) campus.
