First VRBO Rental

First time we stayed in a VRBO property & it was pretty good. Quick response to any questions or concerns we had & for our needs it was perfect. The elevator is a little wonky but that comes with the age of the building I'm sure. Only had one issue & that was after we checked out. I have a service dog who unfortunately sheds. We did everything possible to keep the fur left behind minimal including using a couch cover. After check out their first attempt to withhold our deposit was because we didn't let them know we were bringing a pet. I reminded them she was a service animal & yes I had told them. Their second attempt to withhold our deposit was because we left fur behind, quoting VRBO policy that because of having to deep clean it qualified as damage. They only returned the deposit after I informed them I had the proof I needed to report them to the DOJ for violating ADA laws which would result in a federal investigation & lawsuit in federal court if they didn't refund it. I sincerely hope this is an isolated incident but anyone with a service animal needs to be cautious when renting from this company.

Beautiful biilding

Honestly to stay was subpar it was hot as can be in that room the whole time not once could I really cool it off even at night time the walls are pretty thin where you can hear everybody's conversations and music and their TV going at all times and the elevator is scary
