Smaller kitchen set up for meal preparation and comfortable living space. Both bedrooms have fans for keeping you cool on warm summer nights. There is one bath with shower off the kitchen. Outside, you'll find an enclosed outdoor shower, picnic table and gas grill for all of your barbecue needs. Property does not have a washer/dryer or dishwasher. Owners have also added new sofa and chair to the living room, brand new windows and floors.
