We have 1350 Sqft of basement. The basement has a full kitchen, bathroom and 4 twin beds. You have your own driveway and private entrance. We have beautiful nature walking trails to a nice creek. Your family will be close to everything. 5 minutes to Food and shops. 3 minutes to Wayside Park/Playground. 22 minutes from RIC Airport. We are 18 minutes to downtown Richmond, 19 minutes to Kings Dominion, 49 minutes to Busch Gardens Williamsburg, 1 hour 35 minutes from Washington DC and many other fun and exciting places. Come in on your very own private driveway and entrance. Enjoy nice outdoor seating. Enjoy nature and Convenience.
