Nice but…

Place is nice and clean but the shower is the worst I’ve ever used.. no pressure whatsoever and barley even sprays out.. after a few mins of running it just drips down on the wall then comes back to a light drip outward. Very hard to shower in! I wouldn’t stay there again for that reason.. after a long day out by the beach a great shower is needed and couldn’t do that!

Rocky Point stay

Our family and I enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything needed to cook, the place was spacious and had a great view of the ocean and pools.

Run down condo

The Las Palmas condos over all were nice, however the condo we rented had a terrible worn bed that was like sleeping in 2 hammocks with a hump in the center. The TVs only had Spanish channels with only a few English news channels. The light bulbs were burned out in both rooms, and we had to request batteries for the TV remotes. It was more like staying in a 2 or 3 star hotel unfortunately. The owner and management sent a maintenance man to check out bed and he sat on the clean white sheets with his dirty work pants to test it out! Then they sent an email stating we we would receive a $50 credit at bar/cafe that we never received. Sadly a vacation is not very pleasant when you would rather be sleeping on the lay out chairs by the pool. We have vacationed in Rocky Point for the past 20 years and are not very picky, this condo has to be one of the worst we have stayed at mostly because we were so uncomfortable. Do not book this condo.

Rocky Point Vacay

Property owner responds very fast. Couch is pretty uncomfortable to sit on. Besides that the condo and view was amazing!

Tired condo

Great location and great views. The condo is tired. Furniture is worn out. TV's are small (30"). Patio table is so big you can't walk around, chairs so low you can't see the ocean. Kitchen table so wobbly things fell off. Shower took 10 min for hot water and if the sink was on at the same time there was no flow to the shower.

Great view, great location

I loved staying here. The beds are very comfy. The patio had great views and was amazing to relax in. The private beach is in walking distance and on your way there you’ll pass a kids pool, an infinity pool and a bar. The kitchen was well equipt and the overall condo was clean. Great location if you want to have fun, but be relaxed as well. The only reason I’m rating 4 stars is because the toilet was broken. The property manager was very quick to respond and send someone up to fix the issue, but the maintenance guy did not fix it. It was an inconvenience to have to flush the toilet pulling the lever inside the tank. I would hope they would get this 1 detail fixed before another guest stays there. If it is fixed, I would highly recommend.
