Enjoy the comfort & quiet in this professionally decorated condo. The oceanfront living room has a large sofa that opens into a queen bed. Watch shows & movies on the large Smart HDTV and DVD player with surround sound speakers. In addition, there is a Magic Jack so you can make and receive calls from the U.S. and Canada. Grande 704's large dining table seats 6 nicely. There is also seating for 2 at the granite kitchen counter. The kitchen, with all new appliances, is fully equipped with all the conveniences of a home. Adjacent to the kitchen, is a laundry room featuring a full-size washer, dryer, and laundry tub. The large master bedroom includes a comfortable king-size bed, a Smart TV & DVD player, and breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez. The 9' patio door offers its entrance to the balcony. The master bath includes an extra large marble tub & wall-mounted hair dryer. Grande 704's guest bedroom is just as large as the master bedroom and also includes a comfortable king-size bed, Smart TV & DVD player. It boasts a patio door to the balcony & a large 9' picture window with fabulous views of the City of Puerto Penasco and the Sea of Cortez. Great Unit!!!

What's not to like?!?!? Top floor unit with an amazing view. Everything in the unit was in order and it was very clean. We will book this unit again for sure in the future!

The property and beach were awesome. The unit was fantastic. Top floor, ocean view (which afforded a beautiful breeze) and decorated nicely with everything you would need to have drinks and make meals at home with fresh seafood from the Mercado. The only thing I would let the owners know is that we found out the coffee maker did not have an auto shut off, we found that out the second morning!!

If I could buy this place, I would.

Absolutely everything is perfect. If you want to split hairs, there is a hot water pressure problem, the plug on the giant bathtub did not work. Those are my biggest complaints. Everything was absolutely perfect. Grande 704 is on my thumbs up list
