The Space:

This spacious bungalow is perfect for the whole family, including your furry friends! Walk to all the restaurants and bars along the boardwalk or stroll to the beach for some fun in the sun. Sitting right on the main through-way courtyard that connects both the beach and bay, this house is known for its prime location. The sleeping arrangements are versatile, with a queen bed, cute daybed, two twin beds, a pack 'n play crib for the little ones, and an electronic inflatable mattress if needed.

The well-appointed kitchen is a dream for home chefs, featuring a gas range oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and a full housewares package. You'll have everything you need to prepare quick snacks or a full three-course meal!
Stay connected with free high-speed Wi-Fi, watch your favorite shows on our Smart TVs, and keep cool on those hot summer days with refreshing AC. Convenience is key and parking is free! You’ll have a shared tandem parking space available in the driveway, on-site washer and dryer, and a private yard to gather and lounge in.

Outdoor fun awaits with a ping pong table, fitness area, selfie wall, ring toss, connect 4, cornhole, and mini golf – not to mention beach gear like chairs, towels, boogie boards, volleyballs, footballs, and frisbees. Flame broil some steaks on the gas grill, dine outdoors, and gather around the fire pit after a day of adventuring. Need to sneak in a quick workout?

You’ll have access to our outdoor fitness equipment. You can even let the kids and pets run around in the fully fenced yard while you engage in all the fun! Walkable to all the boardwalk fun and dining, this is the perfect homebase for your San Diego adventure!

Other things to note:

-We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

-The home has heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

-Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

-A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval from host.

-There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 5 guests.

-Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedule to accommodate these requests.
