Why they chose this property

Barranco is where I was born, I owned a café in this neighborhood too. I wanted to remained close to those memories and also Barranco has a unique vibe which I feel identified with.

What makes this property unique

My apartment is located at the heart of Barranco, located in a sort of complex, we call it “quinta” which is a traditional architecture to Lima. I kept the original floors and enhanced everything else.
