There are 2 bathrooms, both with bath tub/shower combo, bath and shower gels and soaps, towels and hair dryer to make sure your personal amenites are available . Insied laundry closet with full size W/D. Especially enjoyable is the deck patio with electric BBQ and dining table for eight. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like heating, iron, portable AC for the summer months, WiFi, flat-screen TV, and plenty of warm extra blankets for hanging out in the winter. The condo is beautifully furnished and equipped with all your needs. The pool, hot tub and tennis areas has its own changing rooms with saunas and is accessible to all our guests. My family enjoyed staying at the condo for our annual mountain ski vacation. The condo was spacious and clean. The kitchen had all the essentials plus extra spices and non perishable foods. The fireplace kept the living space warm and cozy. We appreciated the thick robes to get to and from the hot rub. My only suggestion would be to have a path from the stairs to the hot tub area. Walking over the snowy/icy hill was difficult. Overall we had a great time! We highly recommend this condo!
Hello, My name is Bob and I have owned this property since 1995. The location on Olympic Valley Road just 1-mile to Palisades Ski Resort is ideal for easy access to skiing a world class mountain and all outdoor activites, yet far enough away from the frenzy and traffic of Palisades Village. Depending on the time of year, my wife, Kathy and I travel/live between Los Altos Hills CA, Loreto MX, and Olympic Valley CA. We enjoy skiing, fly fishing, golfing, biking, traveliing and being in the great outdoors. We have a residential and commerical real estate business but #54 Tavern Inn is our personal vacation rental for ourselves and our guests, like you. :)

Tavern Inn Condominiums is in a prime location with close proximity to Palisades Ski Resort (free shuttle service during ski season), and equa-disgtance to Tahoe City, the lake and all it has to offer and historic downtown Truckee offering a nostalgic step back in time. What we enjoy most is the hiking/running/biking trails right from the condo, the paved river path access across down the street, and tranquil wooded setting with private access to our pool, hot tub and sauna. Tavern Inn Condo #54 is one of the largest condos in the complex with cathedral ceilings and an exteded patio balcony deck overlooking the wooded center courtyard.

We are one of the largest condos in Tavern Inn with cathedral ceilings, 3 bedroom plus a bedroom loft, covered garage parking in the winter, and end building location on the top floor offering more windows and sunlight during the day since there is no balcony or covered walk-way above us. Once can take in the sunshine or the snowfall to their hearts content!
