This home is stocked with all the essentials and perfect for all visitors, families, get togethers, and executives.

⾕ - Hosts have lived in Sacramento for over two decades and know this city as well as anyone else. We provide full concierge service for all types of activities and gladly provide recommendations for restaurants, bars, and daytime/evening activities. We pride ourselves in making sure our guests enjoy the City to its fullest extent possible.

✦ - Early Check-in and Late checkout are sometimes possible with an additional fee, please check us in advance to see if we can accommodate you

☾♬♪ - Please note this is NOT a party house. No additional guests are allowed in or near the property at any time. Please consider another listing if you want to entertain during your vacation

🅿 - Parking must be in the driveway or garage. Parking that blocks the sidewalks is not allowed and is grounds for fines and possible eviction

彡 - Please note that scuffs, scratches, and stains may exist on the property that were not photographed. We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest

⮕ - Flexible check-in allows our guests to arrive as early as 11:30AM when we do not have another guest departing the same day. When another guest is departing the same day, bag drop-off is fine but the maid will need time to clean before check-in

♨ - We do our best to keep propane tanks full. But there is a chance that the propane tank for a barbecue or fire pit might be empty. If this is the case, we kindly ask the guests to go to a nearby gas station to swap out the tanks and then we will refund them the cost of the purchase

༄ؘ - VRBO at times will restrict who can travel and stay at certain listings. If for some reason VRBO is not allowing you to book, please message the hosts and we will take care of the issue

Great place to stay with family

Had a short weekend stay to visit family in the area. Location was great and quiet neighborhood. Needed an iron during our stay and management was quick and responsive. One of the mornings we decided to cook, but there was oil, salt, or pepper but we made due still. Place was overall lovely to stay at. Highly recommend!

Description was accurate. Check in was easy and accommodating for early arrival. Quick response from manager regarding our question about where the switch to the garbage disposal was located...under the sink. The refrigerator went out the last day of our three week stay. Manager notified. Overall a nice place for our family visit.

Clean, Good Location, But Lacking Some Important Things

My husband and I stayed overnight. Our son and 2 grandkids visited during the day and evening. The place was clean, in a good location, and check-in went smoothly. The biggest shortcoming is that there's no kitchen or dining room table. The only places to sit and eat are a few stools around the back of the kitchen counter and a table outside - it was too cold and windy for eating outside, so we couldn't all sit around a table and share a meal. Also, the kitchen doesn't have any casual plates, cups, etc., just formal (breakable) ones, which I hesitated to use with the kids.

My husband and I stayed for a week. Check in was easy. The place was dirty and dust everywhere, dog smell and black hair in the beds and on the towels. Beds had dirty sheets. The carpet in the leaving room just filthy, the couch is all in stains. There was lack of any soaps and very little shampoo and body wash. We needed to buy our own. Looks like the place needs a deep, deep cleaning. For the money we paid it was a huge disappointment. Also, there was no tea kettle, only coffee maker and you have to bring your own coffee but plenty toilet paper. Also, I am wondering about service fee of 115 when there no service at all. Do not recommend.
