Welcome to our sun-filled two-bedroom condo with in-unit laundry. Located on a tree-lined street, walk to family-owned Kurkmans market, local cafes, and bakeries. Short walk to beautiful Jamaica Pond, 0.3 miles to Green D line train, and steps to the 60 bus stop with direct access to Longwood Medical hospitals.

Top floor unit features hardwood floors, eat-in kitchen, in-unit laundry, and good-sized bedrooms. Living room offers a sectional sofa, desk, and 55" flat-screen TV. Queen beds and TVs in each bedroom.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.

Parking is available at $10/night. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot.

Please note , for any stays 28 days and longer an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged.

Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.

Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.

There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.
