Million dollar view on a quiet cul de sac with free off street parking! Our studio apartment is just a few minutes from E Carson Street in the South Side with all of the shopping, food and night life you can fit into a weekend! . Its less than 10 minutes to the heart of downtown, and to all of the stadiums, universities, cultural arts venues, hospitals and more! it is a simple drive to I-376 which take you to Monroeville or Robinson within 20 minutes.

Our studio is the bottom unit of a 2 unit house with its own private entrance and plenty of off street parking. Fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar with a Keurig for your morning coffee! High speed internet and a 42” TV equipped local channels that come in off an antenna and an Amazon fire stick for all of your streaming apps! (Be sure to bring your log in and passwords!) Weather permitting, the deck outside has a breathtaking view of the city of Pittsburgh and is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, reading a book, getting some sun, getting some work done or a romantic evening with cocktails.

You will have the entire studio apartment and access to your own private deck outside with a view you won’t forget!

We can be reached easily for any questions or concerns. We respond promptly. We only come past the property during your stay if you have asked for something to be dropped off for you or if there is an emergency.

The South Side is a very eclectic part of Pittsburgh. It is a "come as you are," everyone is welcome kind of place. You will see all walks of life around here. Feel free to talk to a local, South Siders are very friendly! There's lots to learn about Pittsburgh and the South Side is a great place to start!

The home is located in the Southside SLOPES. It’s called that for a reason. And you know what they say…. You have to drive “up” to get a view!! It’s not the craziest hill ever, but it’s a hill for sure. The driveway also has a “slope” but it’s flat at the bottom and we’ve never had an issue with a car getting in or out… unless it snows, unexpectedly. Then it gets fun. 😀

Pittsburgh has almost all the types of transportation you will find in a big city! A lot of guests say that there are plenty of things to do within walking distance, but we want to warn you that there is a hill that you will have to hike if you choose to walk. There is also a set of city steps that lead you from all the fun on E Carson right to the street that the studio is on, again, it’s a hike. Our Studio is easy to access by car, there are bus stops near by and the T-rail is a short drive where you can park your car and board. If youd rather not navigate the city yourself, there are taxis and always an Uber or Lyft just minutes away!

There are exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests and the protection of our investment. They are not checked unless they need to be.

We have amazing cleaners. They go above and beyond every time to make sure you feel like the only guest who’s ever stayed in our spaces. We pay them a living wage to show them how much they are appreciated. We thank you for helping us put food on their families' tables.

**The futon is 64 inches. 5ft 3in. It is short. Please take note of this when deciding you want to use it.**

Please understand, you will have to drive up a hill to get to our studio. No life quote is more relevant to our space than this one.

You’re staying in the “Southside Slopes." Please understand that Pittsburgh is in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains. The area is called the South Side Slopes for a reason and getting to our studio will take driving up a hill. The slope is a SLOPE. The driveway is on an incline (maybe saying it is on a SLOPE is more appropriate). The bottom where you park your car is flat. It’s never been an issue for someone to pull in or out of the driveway.

No Parties or Large Gatherings: We value peace and respect for our neighbors. Only confirmed guests are allowed unless agreed upon otherwise. Unauthorized gatherings, damage, or disturbance will result in fines and possible eviction, as per Airbnb's policy.

No Pets: We maintain a pet dander-free environment and kindly ask that you refrain from bringing pets. Fees will apply for unauthorized pets.

No Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A fine, plus costs for smoke odor removal, will be applied. Guests may smoke outside and are required to clean up after themselves.

No Illegal Activity: Our priority is the safety of all guests. Any illegal activity will result in immediate eviction without refund.

No Visitors Without Consent: Please respect our space and ask for permission before inviting guests. Unauthorized visitors may result in eviction as per city and insurance regulations.

Check-in at 4 PM: You'll receive check-in instructions from Airbnb on the day of arrival, granting access at 4 PM. Early check-in may be possible based on our cleaners' schedule; please inquire the day before your check-in.

Checkout by 10 AM: Our cleaners will arrive promptly, and late checkout may incur a fee of $50 per hour. Late checkouts may be accommodated based on our cleaners' schedule; please inquire the day before checkout.

Leave the Place as You Found It: Help us maintain our home by replacing all furniture to its original location and following checkout instructions. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.

You Break It, You Buy It: Please report any damages immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement for damages.

Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM on weekdays and 11 PM to 9 AM on weekends. Disregard may lead to eviction.

Cameras: For security reasons, please note that both audio and video are recording at all times. Exterior cameras are for security purposes only. No interior cameras are present.

Filming Permissions: Permission is required for filming on the property for uses beyond personal use.

Cancellations/Trip Alterations: Our cancellation policy will be upheld as stated. This applies to trip alterations as well as cancellations. Trip insurance is recommended for unexpected changes. Extensions to your trip are welcomed.

Supplies: We provide starter essentials for your convenience. Please replenish any additional items needed for the remainder of your stay.

Liabilities: The host is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of belongings during your stay. This includes damage to vehicles on or off the property.

Children's Safety: Children must be supervised at all times, and guests are responsible for baby-proofing.
