You'll be staying in TWO side by side adorable one bedroom bungalows! Perfect for families or groups traveling together, the entire property is privately yours. You’ll be walking distance to restaurants and bars along the boardwalk and just steps from the beach. This area is known for its prime location - directly between the ocean and Mission Bay!

The Space:

Both bungalows are identical in their layout. They feature 1 cozy bedroom and 1 full bathroom in each house. We provide an air mattress for an additional guest, however we have enough beds for 8 guests total. Both kitchens are fully stocked, smart TVs in every room and amenities galore!

You’ll have three tandem parking spaces in the driveway, an on-site washer and dryer, and two private yards for relaxing or gathering with friends.

Guest Access:

The homes don’t share any walls, giving you complete privacy—a rare find in Mission Beach! You’ll have full access to both front yards, the driveway, and all the outdoor amenities, as well as the entire inside of the bungalows

Interaction with Guests:

We value your privacy and offer a flexible and convenient self check-in process. Keypad entry codes and check-in instructions are given 24 hours before your arrival date. We are available by phone or through the app 24/7 for any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.

Other Things to Note:

We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

The home has heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

Please note that there are neighbors close by, so quiet hours must be observed.

There is a pet fee of $100 that covers the extra deep cleaning measures we take for the home. (Up to 2 dogs)

Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedules to accommodate these requests.
