The Folly House ~ Your Folly Retreat
One of Folly's Best! This raised three-bedroom two bath home is a classic beach retreat, a place to relax and enjoy. The perfect place to build wonderful family memories. A short stroll to Center Street and the beach; a mere 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston! When you walk into this classic Folly Beach home, you will find an open-concept living room and kitchen area. 2 of the rooms and one of the bathrooms stem off from the living room. The third bedroom stems from the mudroom/laundry area. There are three comfortable bedrooms with smart TVs in each and a wonderful large porch with seating for the whole family and a dinner table for alfresco meals! The master bathroom has a shower. The shared bathroom for the guestrooms and living room has a combination shower and bathtub. This house also features an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
