Welcome to this lovely condo which is situated in a primary location in beautiful Branson, Missouri, conveniently located just around the corner from the Branson strip.

Relax, unwind, and start making wonderful memories you will cherish for life in your "home away from home". This first-floor end-unit condo has all the amenities you need during your vacation. It is a partially handicapped condominium with handicap parking located right outside your door. A luggage carrier is available for your use.

Hop in your car and you are minutes away from an assortment of attractions such as Silver Dollar City, White Water, Bigfoot Fun Park, the Track Family, Fun Parks, The Titanic Museum, WonderWorks, Beyond the Lens, Butterfly Palace, Hollywood Wax Museum and Ripley's Believe It or Not, the I-Max theater, numerous theaters and restaurants, miniature golf courses and BallParks of America. See the pictures to give you an idea of what’s nearby. What more could you ask for when it comes to easy location?

The kitchen has a handicap-accessible sink and is fully stocked with all the common appliances you will need. Stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishware, silverware, mixer, pots and pans, and a coffee bar stocked with coffee, creamer, sugar, and stirrers. There is seating for three at the breakfast counter and seven at the kitchen table.

The living room area comes complete with comfortable furnishings, a beautiful electric fireplace that is yours to enjoy when the season changes from summer to fall, cable television, and high-speed internet. The sofa turns into a full-sized bed---pillows and blankets for the sofa bed are in the secondary bedroom closet. An assortment of games is also available for you to enjoy during your stay.

Each bedroom features a king-sized bed that comes complete with sheets, blankets, a bedspread, an armoire, two nightstands, and a closet. The master bedroom has a cable television. The primary ensuite has dual sinks, one of which is handicap accessible, a jetted bathtub, a full-size washer and dryer, an iron, and an ironing board. The central bathroom has a tub/shower combo. We also provide towels, hair dryers, travel-size soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom.

Sit back and enjoy the patio after a long day of fun. Kids can enjoy the pool which is a few steps away from the patio that is complete with table and chairs. Charcoal grills are provided and shared with the complex.

We kindly ask that you treat the condo like your own. It is important to us that the condo is in pristine condition for our future guests.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the condo, on the patio, or near the front entrance. Any evidence of smoking or vaping will result in a fine of $500 due to the extensive nature of cleaning and neutralizing the space.

Pets of any kind are not permitted. This helps us ensure a sanitary environment for our future guests. Any evidence of an animal in the condo will result in the loss of your deposit and an additional $250 cleaning fee. Thank you for understanding.

The condo association has set a few rules which are mandatory during your stay. No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. every day and this includes music, outdoor conversations, and using the washer/dryer. Please be respectful of our neighbors and their guests and adhere to these quiet hours.
