Everything is new, including the furniture! (All redone after Hurricane Ian)
Ground level home near the back of the Canal. Bring your own boat (but check pedestrian bridge clearance).
Completely redone- every surface is brand new with high end finishes. A/C and WIFI included.
Enjoy the Screened in Lanai with Gas Grill and Outdoor Fridge overlooking the Canal. Beautiful Grounds and Professional Landscaping.
