This beautiful 2,600 sq ft home has been our Chico haven for the last 16 years and we're excited to share it with you after much renovation and love!
You'll be centrally located in a very quiet and highly desirable neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown, 4 minutes to Chico State, Enloe Hospital, & Bidwell Park!
The house is bright & spacious for large groups! We boast 2 Living Rooms, a Billiards room, & a large Covered Patio area complete with Outdoor Kitchen!
