Nestled within a secluded mountain village, this all-inclusive resort offers a variety of neighborhoods to suit your needs - from wooded areas promising privacy to those close to the lively Village Center. Each neighborhood provides exclusive amenities for a one-of-a-kind vacation experience that will leave you with memories to cherish for years.

The Space:
Aspens, Sycamores, Balsams: Come for the serenity stay for all the the things to do! This 3 bedroom/2 bath Suite condo is1658-1740 sq ft (Tamaracks, Owls, Kestrels)! The master bedroom has a king bed (varies) and attached en suite with a jetted tub (most). The second bedroom has a queen bed and two single beds. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. In the cozy living room there is a queen sofa sleeper (varies), fireplace and access to the balcony where you can socialize while enjoy the fresh mountain air/views! This condo can accommodate up to 10 guests!  With full kitchen and a dinning room, you can choose the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit for your convenience. With incredible amenities and loads of activities, you're sure to have a fun and memorable stay!

Wi-Fi is available in all suites.

Please be aware that due to inventory constraints at this resort, it is possible that your reservation may not guarantee the same suite for all nights. If this occurs, you may be required to relocate to a different suite during your stay.

The ski season runs from November through April, subject to weather and trail conditions.

Access to the Community Center located in your condominium association are available at no charge. You may ONLY access the Community Center you are lodged in. Community Centers are not available at all associations.
Many facilities and amenities are available seasonally- inquire with resort to check availability.
The surrounding terrain at Smugglers' Notch includes unpaved roads and walkways. Most buildings are on the slope or hillside with no elevators and may require multiple flights of stairs.
You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.

During hurricane season (May to end of November), the glass enclosing the indoor pool is taken down. The indoor pools are heated in the Fall and early Winter.

Pets are not permitted.

Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charges.

No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.

Getting Around:
On-site shuttle service to resort amenities runs daily from 8 a.m. to 11:15 p.m. in the winter and summer seasons. Shuttle services are not available during the Spring and Fall seasons
A mountain shuttle dedicated to transporting skiers and riders from The Welcome Sign in the Village to the upper mountain is offered daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the winter season.

This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
