- Bedroom 4: King bed, sharing a bathroom with Bedroom 3.
- Laundry area.

The second floor boasts:

* There is a park area for kids just across the street and down the street.

Note: Please don’t park on the left side of the house because the gravel is the driveway for the property behind it. It will block the people that live in the back house.
