This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath waterfront home has many features. Check it out...

Nestled in the trees at the end of the road, you will have plenty of parking in front of the home for 4 cars plus a boat trailer. Main level features lakeside open concept kitchen with everything you would need, dining room with seating for 10 and sitting area. It also includes the Master Bedroom with King bed, 43" Smart TV, DVD player and access to the new master bathroom.

New lakeside "composite" deck runs the length of the main level and includes a beautiful new 6 top table, lounge chair and gas grill. The view encompasses the firepit below (with 4 new Adirondack "composite" chairs + 2 tables), the shoreline of the lake, and the boat dock itself (located at the end of a cove) with swim platform. If the 10 x 24 slip isn't big enough for you, there is plenty of room to tie your boat to the side of the dock. There is also fishing gear for guests to use during their stay.

Lower level features the larger Family Room with room to pop up the double high Queen air mattress, 55" Smart TV, DVD player, 2 new Lazy Boy recliners, games, books and screened porch access. Also, this level features 2 King bedrooms, both with 32" Smart TV's and DVD players, full guest bath and full sized laundry area. From the family room, enjoy the screened porch with 2 comfortable conversation couch sets, 2 Adirondack chairs and outdoor ceiling fans.

You won't be disappointed in this home that is beautifully decorated and ready for your small group or large family! Close to restaurants, shopping and dining or enjoy the lake with boating, skiing, fishing, or swimming.

Loved our stay during Bikefest

This rental was the best time in all of our years of going to Bikefest with our parents and close friends. Much better time than what we use to have staying at motels all in different rooms. We found ourselves wanting to stay in at this rental enjoying our time together in this very cozy Lakehouse with a very private feel surrounded with a beautiful view of a private cove over looking the lake. Loved,loved, loved our stay here!

A well appointed gem that is both secluded and close to everything

The property was beautiful and in a great location at the end of a cove. Close to alhonna resort and four seasons golf. Every small detail you could think of was provided. Beach bags for toting gear. Fishing rods. Coolers for toting ice and drinks to the water. Firewood for the firepit. Lots of outdoor gathering space to include two porches, a firepit, and a dining table/lounge setup right on the private dock. I was in love from check in to the moment we left. 10/10. Would return to this property.

Great house. Perfect is the word I would use. Everything was as listed. Quite and peaceful cove to relax in when the lake was packed on a 4th of July holiday weekend.

Comfy and private

Very nice lake home. Comfortable surroundings and lots of places to visit within the home/lakefront/dock. The one guest mattress/bed downstairs seems to be very old and our guests fell into a "V" on the bed. There was a very old 1/2 gallon of milk left in the frig upon our arrival.

Great place if not for the construction next door

Wye Knot would have received 5 stars in everything if it were not for the Bobcat next door with a power hammer breaking rock from 9am-4pm everyday. The neighboring house had been demolished and a construction crew was burrowing into the solid rock hillside for the entire week. The walls rattled all day. Everyday conversation had to be shouted to hear. We could not stay at the house during the day because of the noise and concussion of the work being done. A lot of money spent for a place that could just be slept in.

Everything was perfect! There was just one thing that was bothersome.... construction next door... jackhammering started at 8am. I talked to the guy and he didn't work 1 and 1/2 days and didn't start until later a couple other days which was so nice! I just wish it had been disclosed. Otherwise it is an amazing property!

Amazing place!

This place was so amazing! It just had something for everyone! The kitchen was stocked with all the pots, glassware, etc. The house had two amazing decks. The quiet dock at the end of the cove made a great place for kids to swim and fish. LOVE our stay!

Fabulous Home!

Our stay was amazing! Cleanliness of property was on point, the decor, what can I say, very beautiful. Location was great, very quite and we had everything we needed to cook! I sit outside many time with my cup of tea. Only thing I would say is that next time have the spiderwebs wiped off on the patio furniture due to the warmer months. Other than that I’ll give this place a 10. We’re definitely coming back many times. Thanks for the great experience!!

Everything about the property was extremely well though out and had every provision you could think of needing! The decor was very pleasing and comfortable. The pop up air mattress was a hit with our two grandsons. We all loved the home.

Awesome house in a great location. If you have a boat, the dock is perfect and you can park your trailer in front of the house which was convenient. The pictures are 100% true to the actual place. I would recommend this place to anyone!
