Welcome to the Malibu Beach Saloon -

Contemporary architectural on 60ft of beach frontage. Expansive open space w/ floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, automatic blinds and white-water views. Kitchen features custom cabinetry, high-end appliances and a large ocean view window.

Upstairs, the primary suite features a cal king bed, fireplace, spa-like bathroom and huge beachfront balcony. Additional en-suite bedroom w/ ocean view and walk-in closet.

Downstairs, there is a second living area w/ wet bar and direct beach access. Two additional suites spa-like bathrooms.

Las Flores beach is one of the sandiest beaches in east Malibu and has some unique features that include limited public access and tide pools.
