Little pardise in San Juan del reparo
This little paradise was very well presented. It was well equiped and had all that is required. Bernd and Diago (the dog) are excellent hosts. The property and location were quiet and peaceful giving plenty of opportunities to just chill out and relax. Views over the coast were terrific. Hope to visit again.

Loved our stay
We loved our stay here so much. It was clean, charming, quiet, and had a beautiful view. The apartment was well stocked for light cooking and had several areas to relax and enjoy the view. The hosts are so welcoming and friendly, we enjoyed getting to know them as well! The town is a little remote, so you need a car, but the host had parking saved for us so that was easy. The town is close to Garachico and several other seaside towns that are definitely worth visiting. My only feedback was that the property details seemed slightly less clear in English, since it was set up in another language, but we figured it all out! Wonderful stay. Thank you!!

Tolle Unterkunft in der Nähe von Garachico
Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Bernd sehr genossen. Sehr schöner Garten, super Gastgeber. Man hat sein eigenes kleines Reich mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Vielen Dank!

Tolle Aussicht und schönes Apartment.
Die Lage ist gut um den Westen zu erkunden, aber auch im Anaga Gebirge ist man in einer Stunde. Bernd ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, danke!

Ruhig und schön
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das kleine Häuschen ist einfach aber man hat alles was man braucht um fernab des Massentourismus die Zeit zu genießen. Der kleine Gasofen schützt vor kalten Nächten im Winter. Bernd und Diego sind super Gastgeber.

Gemütliche Casita und freundliche Gastgeber
Die kleine Casita ist super gemütlich und war für uns eine hevorragende Ausgangsbasis für diverse Tagestrips. Der Ort liegt abseits der großen Städte und man hat sein eigenes kleines Reich. Bestens geeignet zur Erholung. Auch die Gastgeber sind wahnsinnig freundlich und am Wohlsein der Gäste interessiert. Vielen Dank!

Casita Bonita
Unterkunft war soweit im Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung. Hilfreich wäre, einen Entfeuchter in das Zimmer zu stellen, da wir unsere Klamotten einfach nicht recht trocken bekommen haben. Die Landschaft und vorallem der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Was allerdings auch, jedenfalls mir als alleinerziehende Mutter den Atem verschlagen hat ist die Fürsorge von dort Wohnendem die weit über ein normales und anständiges Maas hinaus ging. Gut gemeinte Einladungen oder Nachfragen wo wir baden gehen, das Angebot sich um unsere Wäsche zu kümmern , dann noch mehr oder weniger eindeutige Nachrichten via Handy haben uns dann doch bewogen die Aussicht zu wechseln.

Supererholsamer Kurzurlaub
Die Casita bietet alles, was man für ein paar schöne Urlaubstage benötigt. Für etwas kühlere „Winter“abende leistet der kleine Gasofen gute Dienste. Direkt vor der Tür bietet sich ein sensationeller Blick auf den Ozean und die Dachterrasse lädt zum Entspannen und Sonnenbaden ein. Wer gerne wandert hat hier einen optimalen Ausgangspunkt zur Inselerkundung. Bernd, der Vermieter der Casita ist supernett, hilfsbereit und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.

Domizil für einen traumhaften Urlaub
Wir haben 2 Wochen im Februar/März 2023 in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es besticht durch seine wunderschöne Lage mit unbeschreiblichen Aussichten. Ob direkt von der Terrasse über den Atlantik und den Felsen von Garachico oder nach wenigen Schritten hinter dem Haus auf den Teide. Nach unserer Erfahrung kann man sehr schöne Ausflüge über die gesamte Insel starten. Hierbei hilft die schnelle Erreichbarkeit der "Ringstraße" über die Insel. Wir haben die absolute Ruhe genossen. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist zweckmäßig. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Bei kälteren Temperaturen hat das gasbetriebene Heizgerät für angenehme Wärme gesorgt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist unkompliziert. Es erfolgt eine sehr schnelle Reaktion auf Fragen oder Bitten vor und während des Urlaubs. An dieser Stelle nochmals vielen Dank an Bernd.

Muffige Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist muffig und die Kleidung und Bettwäsche sind immer leicht feucht, trotz heizen und lüften wurde es in den 4 Wochen, in denen wir da waren, nicht besser. Der Blick auf das Meer vom Frühstückstisch wird durch den Nachbarn des unteren Grundstückes mit Palmwedeln zugestellt. Er fühlt sich in seiner Privatsphäre gestört, wenn man an dem Aussichtsplatz sitzt. Guter Kontakt und Unterstützung des Vermieters aus Deutschland. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Lage, wir würden sie aber nicht nocheinmal buchen.

Es könnte traumhaft sein
Der Eigentümer gibt sich freundlich und sehr bemüht. Tatsache ist jedoch, dass bei einer gewerblichen Vermietung in das Objekt (und Zubehör) immer wieder reinverstiert werden muss. Es kann nicht sein, dass es Aufgabe des Vermieters ist, nur immer Geld zu kassieren. Die Bude ist muffig. Hier müßte dringend investiert werden. Ich finde es auch nicht schön, wenn neben der Terasse immer wieder Hundehaufen einen entzücken. Der Besitzer bekommt dies mit, sollte sich auch darum kümmern, dass so etwas nicht vorkommt. Auch der Außentisch müßte eigentlich entsorgt werden. Er ist morsch und aufgequollen. Selbst eine Tasse hinzustellen, ohne dass sie umfällt, ist ein Kunststück. Zufahrt mit dem Auto, wenigstens um die Koffer direkt am Objekt zu entladen wäre möglich. Ist aber nicht erwünscht, warum auch immer. Selbst um auch die Dachterasse zu kommen, muß man, wenn man keinen Streit mit der Dauermieterin will, ums Objekt herumgehen. Außerdem gibt es einige Ungereimtheiten zwischen Besitzer und Dauermieterin, die für den Gast nicht unbemerkt bleiben. Ich will als Gast hier Urlaub machen und nicht in Streitereien hineingezogen werden. Man könnte aus der Unterkunft "etwas" machen, wenn man wollte. Mit Sicherheit nicht wieder.
