Just a 5 minute walk to Playa La Madera, Casa Kaz is in the heart of Zihuatanejo. A one bedroom, one bath penthouse unit located in the popular Ceiba Studios. You'll love being close to the beach, great restaurants, and Centro with this highly sought after location. Some of the best restaurants are located within a 5 minute walk, too, including Lety's, Margarita's, El Arrayan, La Gula, La Casa Vieja, Bistro del Mar, Casanova's, and many more.
This casa features high ceilings and 2 air conditioners with great air flow through the casa. With pool views from the terrace, the casa features a fully-equipped kitchen, seating for meals, a comfortable couch, a terrace, 2 televisions, high-speed internet, lots of closet space, and is located in a private and secure complex. Towels and linens are provided to guests, with weekly housekeeping.
The casa is your private oasis, with the pool, barbecue, and grounds shared with other owners and guests.
We live a 3 minute walk away, and are always available to answer questions or help with any issues.
Playa La Madera is the best area of town, in our opinion. It's close to 3 beaches, and some of the best restaurants in Zihua. There's a great mix of tourists and locals that live in this area.
There is free street parking, although a car is not recommended. Taxis and buses are everywhere.

We travel as much as possible, and found the Mexican people, especially in Zihuatanejo, to be warm and friendly. We live in Zihua full-time.
