- Rental comes with full access (at no additional charge!) to the 2.5 acre pool area with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, a swim-up pool bar, infinity pool, indoor lazy river, and adults-only and kiddie pools; note that in the cooler months, they typically heat at least one outdoor pool
- Access to Beach Fit, the onsite state-of-the-art fitness center, is also included with the rental
- Complimentary shuttle service to all onsite amenities, including between the towers/pool complex and houses, is provided to all guests
- For an added fee, you can visit Cinzia Spa where they offer a variety of massages, facials and body treatments
- Resort is located directly across from Barefoot Landing which features over 100 retail shops and 15 restaurants

Reservations/units will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price.
For example, your group may choose to go to Broadway Grand Prix in the morning (one person is free) and then attend the Pirate's Voyage Dinner & Show at night (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day, and one person in your group always gets in free.
These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Please note this offer is valid for stays that are 27 days or less, and some activities are seasonal.

Family vacation

My family and I had an amazing time at the property. The condo was in the perfect location, oceanfront, more than big enough to accommodate my extended family of 10. We spent 5 days in the NBR Tower. We enjoyed every day, and can’t wait to return. 5 stars!!

Beautiful!

We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation! Great location and great views. Everyone was happy and said they would definitely go back there again. The ceiling fan was replaced by the next day. The five free tickets for the inconvenience were much appreciated as the kids loved it! Only other thing was loose towel holders….rooms were all quiet and spacious . Whole place was very nice. Beautiful!

Sibling Reunion

For our annual sibling reunion, we stayed 5 nights at this condo in N. Myrtle Beach. The accommodations were great, with an amazing ocean view. We were able to cook the meals we chose to, but also enjoyed going out for seafood. It's a lovely area & the only reason we wouldn't return is that we pick a different location in the U.S. each year.

Another Great Holiday Family Vacation

Our Family Get-Away

Overall our stay was great, However, the bed in the Master Bedroom is not like the picture because the canopy pole were removed. We were excited about the bed we saw and the picture and a little disappointed once we saw it.

Great Place

We had a great time at North Beach Plantation Unit 301. This unit is excellent. Lots of space for our family and grandkids. Spectacular view of the beach. Well equipped. Beautiful unit. One of the nicest places we have stayed in. Easy access from the parking garage. The indoor river and pool were great for the grandkids since it was cold out. Location is very conveniently located to local attractions. Would definitely stay here again! Larry A

Great vacation condo for family and friends

Very spacious condo furnished and decorated nicely. Great ocean view and easy beach access--great for single family or multiple-family stay with plenty of room and privacy. Property management was easy to work with and very accommodating. Only reason it's not a 5 star review is some little things lacked: water/ice maker not working (although they brought ice for us and left in the freezer, which was nice), cookware was in tough shape and there were no garbage bags or supplies for washing dishes. For a short stay, wouldn't be an issue. Overall, we would definitely come back.

Great location/poor conditions

We have stayed in this unit before and since the previous stay there have been no updates. The couch in the living room is falling apart and there are nails sticking out of it which was a concern since we had children staying in the unit. The unit overall needs updates in terms of furniture, paint, kitchen, new carpet and bedding. The washer broke half way through our stay and the solution was to go to another unit 10 floors above us which was very inconvenient. The unit location is great but the unit itself needs ALOT of TLC.

Such a lovely place but manager dropped the ball.

I emailed ahead requesting making sure everything worked. It is a very well laid out condo in a beautiful area, but . . . .disappointing one of the two coffee pots did not work, dishwasher did not work. The eight of us adults never sat in the dining room chairs as almost all of the chairs needed repairs. Some very badly and dangerous to sit in. We would love to go back if there was better attention to problems from the beginning. Such a shame---really took away from the niceness of staying there. At the rate we paid, no excuse for things not properly maintained, especially since I requested no surprises when we arrived.

Needs a refresh

Location and size of this property are terrific, but it is in need of a deep clean and refresh of some of the furnishings. Property management was very responsive when we notified them that the icemaker was broken and that a smoke detector was missing, leaving exposed wires dangling from the ceiling; however, nobody ever actually came to attend to these matters despite what we were told. We were told that the couch with the exposed screws is going to be replaced in the off-season. Likewise, we were told that the heavily soiled carpets can only be cleaned in the off-season. We notified management that the table on the patio is rusted with jagged edges and we were told that will be replaced as well. Overall, the size of the unit and location are terrific. We would definitely consider returning if we can verify the above items have been properly addressed.

North Beach Plantation

We have stayed at NB many times over the last 10 years. NB appears to be neglected recently. There were many "dings" on the walls in the hallways and carpets were very stained. As for our room, it was clean but needed a lot of updates. Much of the furniture was wobbly and/or damaged. The carpets were stained and the outdoor furniture was older with rust. Overall we had a very nice time during our 2 week stay, but North Beach does not appear to be the premier spot anymore. We will probably look elsewhere for 2023

Fantastic Condo And Resort

We stayed last week at Indigo 301 at North Beach Resort & Villas. First and most importantly, dealing with iTrip was a pleasant experience. Communication was quick, check in and out was a breeze, everyone was very personable. A pleasure. As for the condo, it was the nicest we have ever rented at North Beach, and we have stayed in a lot of units there over the years. Spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, and a superb location in the Indigo building. View was awesome, and super convenient to the elevators and pool areas. It exceeded our expectations! North Beach continues to set the bar high, property is well maintained, staff was helpful, pool and beach areas were immaculate and managed very well. All in all, a wonderful experience. Thank you iTrip and owners of Indigo 301!
