The Space:
** The third open-concept room is a half-room located above the bedroom with the queen bed and the kitchen. If you look at the photos, you’ll see that the ceiling is very close to the beds, so it’s better suited for children.

A multitude of activities are available close to the chalet:

1. La nature d'Alexis offers 60 km of hiking trails in Saint-Alexis des monts.
2. The Micro Brasserie de la Nouvelle-France offers an excellent menu and a choice of beers for all tastes, just 5 min from the chalet.

3. Lac Blanc Outfitter offers a wide range of seasonal activities: ice fishing, dog sledding, helicopter rides, snowmobiling, clay pigeon shooting, snowshoeing with a trapper and bear watching. Excellent local cuisine. 10 min from the chalet.

4. The magnificent beach of Lac Sacacomie offers clear water and many activities: swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding. 15 min from the cottage.

5. St-Alex Ski: off-piste ski trails 8 min from the chalet.

6. de Prémont vineyard in Saint-Angèle de Prémont is 15 min from the chalet, and Domaine Gélinas in Saint-François-de-Pique-Dur, 30 min away, offers excellent wines.

7. Domaine Lacombe offers a multitude of activities: fishing in all seasons, skating on the lake, swimming, hiking, tobogganing, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, dog sledding and mountain biking.

8. Parc national de la Mastigouche offers a wide range of activities: fishing, hiking, biking, canoes, kayaks and pedal boats for rent at Lac Saint-Bernard and wildlife observation.

9.The magnificent Parc des Chutes de Saint-Ursule is 25 minutes from the chalet.

Parties are prohibited. Excessive noise detection devices are installed inside and outside the chalet. We want to keep a good relationship with our neighbors.

Security deposit
There is a security deposit to be held on your credit card during your stay. It is automatically released after your departure if there are no complications in the establishment. Thank you for your understanding.

Rules for Dog Friendly
We accept under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization.
๏ Additional fees: $100 per animal per stay or $200 per month for long-term stays.
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Mandatory: the dog must be sterilized
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on the furniture, nor access the rooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise pollution for neighbours.
๏ Guests must pick up dog excrement at all times, in case of default a fee will be charged.
๏ Guests must vacuum at the end of their stay. (Floors, couch etc.)
