Serve your culinary creations at the inviting wood dining table, which offers seating for six and sets the stage for memorable feasts and tales of the day’s adventures. The plush L-shaped couch in the living area promises relaxation and repose. Unwind as the gas fireplace crackles, its warmth complementing the alpenglow outside, while a movie plays on the 32" flat screen TV, or as you dive into the pages of a novel with a steaming cup of cocoa in hand.

When the day wanes, the master bedroom is your private sanctuary, featuring a luxurious King bed adorned with quilted bedding, and its own 26" flat screen TV for intimate movie nights. Trails End Condominiums boasts more than just an unbeatable location, steps from the Peak 9 base and within walking distance to the town's dining, shopping and nightlife. Here, you're just steps away from all the activities that make Breckenridge a premier destination year-round. Onsite amenities include free parking for one vehicle, an oversized outdoor hot tub, on-site laundry facilities that uses a smart-phone app for payment, coin-operated ski storage, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.

The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close April 13th and reopen May 23rd.

And for those times when relaxation is the only item on your agenda, the nearby Upper Village Pool Complex awaits (available seasonally), offering indoor and outdoor heated pools, a sun-tanning area, and both indoor and outdoor hot tubs, ensuring that every moment of your stay is steeped in comfort and relaxation. Great condo but the building had issues.

The condo its self is well placed, was very clean, and the garage parking was so helpful. There were problems though. At one point a maintenance man game into the condo at 2:00pm without knocking or announcing himself. He said sorry and said they told him the condo was on a turn and that he needed to fix the refrigerator. The issue was he came in and went to the fireplace looked at it and left. VERY suspicious. Also, the hot tub was not hot and barely working 2 of the 3 days We were there. The sauna never worked. The indoor hot tub is under construction but the out door one was hardly warm at all most of the time. We contacted the management about it and they said it must have been cleaned that day. The problem is it was every day.
