o.imovel eh bom..apenas o quarto do beliche eh muito abafado e longe dos demais já que e um dispensa de empregada. o período q fomos (ano novo) não eh adequado para famílias, já q tivemos racionamento de água no.predio e nos prédios próximos não, além de que as co.emoracoes de ano novo foram feitas na rua de baixo do apto com volume super alto até as 4 horas da manhã e depois gritaria e buzinas..talvez em uma outra época seja melhor

ÓTIMA LOCALIZAÇÃO

Foi a minha primeira estadia neste apartamento, mas achamos ótimo, quanto a localização, visão, muito bem ventilado, os móveis e utensílios de boa qualidade, próximo de farmácia, supermercado, fruteira, peixaria e, o local em si, bem silencioso durante a noite. Também quero agradecer a Janete pela recepção e a Sra Tania pelo bom atendimento. Recomendo, e se for passar outra temporada em Meia Praia, com certeza ou escolher este apartamento.
