"In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole, filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell, nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a hobbit-hole, and that means comfort." — J.R.R. Tolkien, The Hobbit

Fantastic Stay even if you aren't a LOTR fan

No expense was spared to make this Hobbit Hole amazing. The creature comfort touches were first rate. Working fireplaces in every room (with or without heat), hot tub and full barbeque, loads of comfortable seating, work spaces, smart tvs, and heated toilet seats. We had an awesome reward trip. The only thing I would say toward "needs improvement" would be the shower in the master, be very careful if you choose to shower instead of soak. Thank you!
