750 sq ft historic cottage located in the East Side neighborhood, downtown Charleston. One street from Meeting, two streets from King, located around the corner from many popular restaurants and bars, with a proper coffee shop just one short block down. Walkable to trendy Upper King area, accessible to all of the peninsula. One full bedroom in the space with a queen bed, and a sleeping nook with a traditional Japanese-style tatami mat set up, twin daybed set up for living but may be easily deconstructed for queen-sized sleeping. Dacor gas range and Bosch appliances. Small enclosed outdoor garden space for sitting with a cocktail or coffee. Bike share only blocks away by the park.
