Located in the famous Four Corners at Calabay, just minutes of Disney & Universal. This stylish villa includes new furniture and a private pool for your family and for your Florida vacation. Two bedrooms downstairs one of them being master suite which includes a reading area as well as desk work space. Patio space is great for BBQ and pool enjoyment. Be on vacation everyday !!!

*** GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING*** Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. Park inside the garage or on the driveway up to 4 cars. Street parking is available
*** BBQ GRILL We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill upon request ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm*** If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost)
***PET POLICY NO PETS ALLOWED AND THERE IS A FEE OF 500 If pets are found unauthorized. Any damages or extra cleaning needed will be charged.
Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
