If there were more stars that 5 to give, I would.

Susan and Luis's home never disappoints. It is called paradise valley for a reason...This is my fourth time renting from them and every time it is time to leave, I am already planning when I can come back next. It is private, serene, full of character and charm. It's the perfect location in between Bozeman, Livingston, Chico Hot Springs, Yellowstone National Park North Entrance. They fill the space with beautiful relics, books, games and it has the old school Montana charm. This trip I arrived after dark and could not wait for the morning to step outside with my tea and soak in the beautiful rock face and trail creek right out of the front door. I even saw a little hare running across the creek on this trip and many deer coming through property to drink from the clean crisp creek. I can't express how special this property is. Until next time, cheers! Thank you!

Beautiful beyond words

This was my first experience with vrbo - my daughter got married nearby and I needed lodging accommodations for out of state family. This location was perfect, clean and peaceful. Thank you for helping us make beautiful memories

Great location, needs some TLC

Outdoor location was wonderful- by the river and great outdoor areas for gathering. Inside has some deferred maintenance and needs some overall TLC. Bring an eye mask if you like your room dark to go to sleep. Our family overall enjoyed the week and the proximity to Yellowstone and Livingston is great!

Beautiful spot

Was an amazing spot, the only advice I would give is if you like to sleep in, I would cover the skylight ip that is in the bedroom. It is wonderful in the day and lights up the whole room, but it feels like the sun comes up in the room with you. But I can’t say enough about the beauty, view of the Mountains, river in the back yard, and absolute privacy from the neighbors. We will definitely be back.

Montana Christmas

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was warm and inviting and our host was very communicative and helpful. If planning a winter stay, just a note that the approach to the home may be icy and/or a little trying for elderly or balance challenged visitors. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Perfect for a long weekend.

So private and secluded. Relaxing setting. Nice to have a wood stove in the morning to take the fall chill away. We really appreciated the extras that were provided, such as, coffee, jam, peanut better. The art work throughout the house was beautiful. Only improvement I would suggest is to wash the windows.

Secluded Serenity

The Livingston cabin was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The accommodations were very clean and very comfortable. The entire group said their beds were super comfy. The flowing river right outside the door was relaxing and serene. The location was about 15 minutes to the Old Saloon. About 5 miles of cliche road was an easy trek to Hwy 89. Communication with the property manager was very easy. Siobahn was friendly and accommodating for our last minute trip. I would definitely recommend this one.

Wonderful Home

I highly recommend booking a stay in this wonderfully furnished home. It has a relaxing living room with a wood stove. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the amenities you need. There is good wifi and comfortable beds. It is located right next to a small creek with lawn furniture, a fire pit and has plenty of grassy areas to sit, relax or play lawn games. Siobhan was quick to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Montana.

Family Fun Holiday Experience

We had 4 generations stay in the cabin & casita leading from the 29th-1st, leading up to New Years Day. We had so much fun playing games, cooking together, hanging out in the common dining room, kitchen, living room area. We made memories that we'll cherish forever! My exchanges with the property manager made our trip! She was so sweet, accommodating & pleasant to work with. I'd recommend this property to our friends for future vacations. I know we'll be returning!

Amazing creek side cabin

We have a group of six men that have been coming to the Emigrant area for over thirty years, staying in various locations. This creek side home with a guest cottage was by far one of our favorites. Well equipped and an absolutely beautiful setting Only 12 minutes to Emigrant and the Old Saloon, as well as many of the fishing access points along the Yellowstone. Siobhan was a great communicator and responded quickly to any questions we had before and during our stay. Highly recommend and will stay again in the future.

Incredible stay - We cannot wait to come back!

I would highly recommend booking this stay with Siobhan. This stay features a gorgeous property, quick travel to near by happenings, and a communicative host. The house has beautiful natural lighting, plenty of beds to sleep in, full kitchen amenities, TV, and wifi. It is on a section of land with access to a mellow creek, comfortable lawn chairs, a fire pit, and lawn games. Why they chose this property

Fall in love with Montana, just as we did.

In 2004, during our first date, my husband shared his dream of living in Montana. Fast forward through a wedding, the joys of parenthood, and countless adventures, and our family dream of living near Yellowstone became a reality in the summer of 2020. Exploring the region from Jackson to Cody, Bozeman to Idaho Springs, we discovered our slice of paradise in Paradise Valley, just south of Livingston, Montana.

In this idyllic setting, we found everything we could have imagined and more. From a vibrant culinary scene to the warmest community of friends-turned-family, and world-class antiquing to endless outdoor adventures, our dreams were fulfilled in one place. Our home not only provides a sanctuary for remote work and virtual schooling but also immerses us in nature's embrace, with a cabin nestled among juniper trees and a tranquil trout-fishing creek just steps from our door.

While our primary residence may be outside Miami, our hearts remain in Livingston. Our children embraced the country life within days of arriving, finding joy in the simplest pleasures like birdwatching, fishing, and exploring the wonders of Trail Creek. In winter, we gather around the stove, starting each day with the excitement of tracking animal prints in the snow.

We invite you to experience the magic of our home in Livingston and hope it brings you as much joy as it has brought us.

-Susan & Luis
