Experience the beauty of Squam Lake from this cozy, charming cottage. Enjoy stunning lake views and sunsets over the White Mountains from the back porch, dock, or boat during Spring, Summer or Fall.

What makes this property unique
This property is very unique as it was built directly on the water’s edge back in 1919 which can never happen now. You look out your windows and see water! It draws you right in every single time. It is also one of the last authentic cottages that has been left mostly the same as it was many generations ago.
