Enjoy this adorable Avalon upside down home, with 4 bedrooms/ 1 Full bath and 2 half baths. Just a short walk to the beach! Located on the first floor is a family room with TV and ½ bath, the laundry room and bedroom # 1 with 2 double beds. On the 2nd floor are the additional bedrooms, # 2 with a queen and twin bed, BR # 3 has a double bed and the 4th BR is the master with a queen bed and ½ bath. Also located on the 2nd floor is the kitchen, dining area and living room. Step out onto the deck and sit back and enjoy a glass a wine while your listening to the ocean waves crashing on the beach. This property rents Friday to Friday!
