Enjoy the 2 acre property enclosed by a stone fence on two sides and surrounded by a previously working 300 acre dairy farm. It was once a dairy farm and still has a charming old stone milk house adjoining the stone porch.

We charge a cleaning fee of $60.00 for normal usage. HOWEVER, excessive need for cleaning will be charged to your security deposit. We ask that you strip all beds and place sheets in the pillow case leaving them in each bedroom. Please leave quilts/blankets on the beds. Leave all bath towels inside the shower.
Rental condition: Keep property and all furnishings as you’ve found them. Return all items to their original spots. Tenants are asked to return all items used outside to their original storage spots as you found them. Tenants will be responsible for any loss or damage to the property and its fixtures or personal property of the owner during the term of this lease unless caused by an Act of God. Upon arrival, Tenants will inspect the property and report any damage or issues to the homeowners immediately. An inspection will be done after checkout by the guest and care taker. The property MUST be left in the same condition it was at check-in, or part or all of security deposit to be forfeited. Any damaged items will be charge to the guest at replacement value.
No parties, or illegal drug use. You will be asked to leave the property immediately with NO REFUND.
Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness or death that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Homeowner is not responsible for the losses and/or damages of vehicles, personal belongings, or valuables. All guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises, including but not limited to injury or loss of life due to Acts of God, wildlife and weather.
Fireworks are not permitted.
