Other things to note
◘ RENTAL AGREEMENT
Guests must sign the vacation rental agreement. By signing, guests acknowledge and agree to all policies, terms, and conditions. Failure to sign will result in booking cancellation.

◘ STEEP & NARROW ROADS
Our cabin is high in the mountains, with steep and one-way roads. The driveway has limited space for turning around, so please drive and turn with caution.

◘ BEARS & WILD ANIMALS
Bears and other wildlife are common in the area. Stay cautious and aware of your surroundings.

◘ NATURE REMINDER
Despite pest control, our mountain cabin may have insects, bees, spiders, and rodents. If this is a concern, please consider alternative accommodations.

◘ RESIDENTIAL ZONE
Please respect our quiet residential area by avoiding parties, loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior. Sound travels far in the mountains. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.

◘ PET POLICY
We welcome pets and allow up to 2, each weighing no more than 40 lbs. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 applies. Pets must be in good health, up to date on vaccinations, and free of fleas and ticks. They are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be kept on a leash when outside. Pets should never be left unattended inside the home. Please clean up after your pets and help us keep the property free of pet-related messes.

◘ WELL WATER & SEPTIC SYSTEM
The cabin uses well water, safe for drinking and cooking. Please conserve water. Only flush toilet paper, and avoid pouring oil, grease, or chemicals down the drain.

◘ INTERNET SERVICE
We offer Starlink internet with speeds up to 250 Mbps. Speed may vary due to weather conditions and usage. No cable service is available.

◘ TRASH SERVICE
Trash is collected only after checkout. Place all trash in bags. No loose garbage. Guests are kindly requested to take any excess trash to the local dumpster. To prevent attracting wild animals, keep the trash can closed and the latch secure at all times.

◘ EQUIPMENT USE
Please keep the telescope and projector equipment indoors when not in use to prevent damage and ensure it is available for other guests.

◘ GAS GRILL & FIRE PIT
The grill and fire pit use gas. Please operate them safely and responsibly. Being high in the mountains increases fire risk, so extra caution is required. We provide one propane tank; any additional propane needed should be purchased by the guest.

◘ SAUNA & HOT TUB
The hot tub and sauna must be used according to the posted safety rules. Use at your own risk. Children must be supervised and accompanied by an adult at all times while using these amenities.

◘ DECK & EDGE OF CLIFF
There is a fall risk from the deck and the edge of the cliff. Please avoid climbing or any activities that could lead to falling off the deck or cliff. Children must be supervised at all times. Ensure outdoor lights are kept on during the night for safety.

◘ SWING SEATS & BUNK BEDS
Swing seats and bunk beds must be used safely and responsibly. Please follow weight limits and ensure children are supervised at all times.
