IMPORTANT NOTICE: Scheduled Elevator Maintenance & Common Area Refurbishment. Please be advised that our building will undergo elevator replacement from Monday, March 3, 2025, to Saturday, May 31, 2025 (approximately 12 weeks). During this time, the elevator will be out of service.

Additionally, a common area refurbishment will take place during the same period to refresh the hallways. Construction will occur Monday to Friday during business hours. No work will be done on weekends.

Our suite is conveniently located on the first floor, providing easy access. We recommend parking along the top of Kananaskis Way for the most direct entry when loading and unloading your belongings. If you choose to park in the parkade, please note that you will need to walk up two flights of stairs to reach the suite.

We appreciate your understanding and recommend considering this when planning your stay.

The heated parkade onsite means that you can leave your vehicle behind and enjoy walking around Canmore without worrying about finding a parking spot! There is also free parking on the street for additional vehicles.

Entertain with ease in the spacious open-concept main living area ideal for gathering with friends & family. Cozy up on the couch and watch the fireplace or the flat screen tv with streaming and cable options.

KITCHEN
Delight your inner chef in our fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with all the essentials for culinary excellence. All appliances have been updated to make your experience even better.

DINING
Sit at the large island with seating for three or head over to the beautiful six person dining area to enjoy leisurely meals with family and friends.

Dedicated workspace with ample natural light and hi speed internet in the primary bedroom.

SLEEPING
Immerse yourself in unparalleled comfort with bedrooms strategically positioned at opposite ends of the suite, ensuring maximum privacy for all guests. The primary bedroom has an electric fireplace, flat screen tv and workspace area. The second bedroom offers great flexibility with a queen bunk bed. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a Queen Bed.

BATHROOMS
The primary bedroom boasts its own spa-inspired bathroom, to rejuvenate with invigorating jet massage showers or unwind in luxurious stand-alone bathtubs. There is another 4pc bath off the main living area. Fluffy towels and premium toiletries await, ensuring a pampered experience. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Hand Wash are supplied.

LAUNDRY
Quality full-size washer and dryer conveniently located within the suite with complimentary laundry detergent.

AURORA RAY can be accessed easily within 1.5 hours from the Calgary International Airport and is in the perfect location for accessing all the fun that the town of Canmore has to offer! Follow the directions provided in the Welcome Message.

CANCELLATION POLICY - MODERATE
*100% refund for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival.
* 50% refund for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
* Original Transaction Processing Fees: Stripe's processing fees from the original transaction will not be returned. These fees are non-refundable.
* Refund Issuance Fees: There will be an additional charge of 2% + $0.30 for issuing refunds, as per Stripe's refund policy.
* Hostaway Application Fee: Hostaway imposes a 1% fee of the total reservation cost for processing cancellations.
