If you are looking for a property very well located in Perequê ... liked it !!!! This chalet has 1 bedroom, with air conditioning and TV, Wi-Fi Internet.
The kitchen and living room is very cozy American type. It has stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender and kitchenware in general.

In the outdoor barbecue area with a wonderful lawn, hammocks on the porch, outdoor shower and parking for a car with high wall and electric fence. All this in a dead end street. A great option regarding cost and benefit.
A place to rest and enjoy happy moments with your family and friends.

The property is located 200 meters from the sea in Perequê and near the cycle path, banks, restaurants, markets, pharmacies, ice cream shops, shopping and other trade.

The property is like a vilinha composed by a chalet two houses.
Parking is in general use of the 3 houses.
Everything thought with great affection for you to feel good with privacy and comfort!
I have enjoyed the moment with family and friends in this paradise of nature. Everything was done thoughtfully with affection in the best for you to feel happy and fulfilled !!!

excelente estadia
A casa é muito bem localizada, e organizada. Passei 4 ótimos dias com a minha cachorra (Lola). Lugar ideia para quem quer viajar e levar o pet junto. A casa tem um jardim grande, mas também há um espaço cercadinho caso prefira restringir a área que seu pet vai ficar. A Drika é muito simpática e atenciosa, e nos deixou super a vontade, dando acesso total para a Lola brincar no jardim. A casa é bem equipada com eletrodomésticos, e quando cheguei estava tudo limpo e organizado. Para quem quer viajar com tranquilidade, levar a família e o pet, indico o Chalé. Com certeza é um lugar que voltaria a me hospedar.

A pousada da Drika é simplesmente muito aconchegante, confortável, eu e minha família nos sentimos muito a vontade, seguros, e tivemos todo o suporte e atenção em absolutamente tudo! Super recomendado!
Drika una genia! Se hizo entender a pesar del idioma. Nos encantó el lugar, amoblado con todo lo necesario y cerca de todo. La Praia Pereque está a unos pasos, el supermercado "Frade" con todo lo que se necesite, además de los restaurantes y farmacias. No encantó! Espero que haya wifi para la próxima vez que vayamos. Lo super recomiendo!

Tranquilidade
Adoramos o chalé, fomos bem recebidos pela Drika e equipe. Estava tudo muito limpo, organizado. Para minha surpresa ela tinha toda a estrutura para cozinharmos, até liquidificador e ferro de passar. A garagem cabe 4 carros sem atrapalhar a saida de outro hospede. Voltaremos com certeza! Ah! e o quintal é lindo e a vizinhanza silenciosa.

Hospedagem Tranquila
Ficamos hospedados nesse chalé em janeiro/2017. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Drika e equipe, o chalé estava limpinho, o ar condicionado funciona muito bem, o quintal / vizinhanza é bem tranquila, a garagem cabe 4 carros sem atrapalhar a saída. Foi ótimo. Recomendo!

Lugar muito agradável ... excelente
Gostei muito, pessoal atencioso e lugar extremamente confortável ... O acesso para todos os lugares é o melhor possivel, com estrutura proxima para todas as necessidades (banco, restaurante, supermercado, etc) ... recomendo
